1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Rescheduling and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your original appointment time. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will also incur a 50% fee and your deposit will not be refunded. 2. Late Arrivals: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.  • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show. 3. Deposit & Booking: • A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. 4. Special Accommodations: • If you require any special accommodations, please let me know in advance so I can best prepare for your visit! 5. Service Duration: • Time estimates for each service are provided, but please note that the time required for nail art can vary. Factors like design complexity or nail condition may cause services to take longer or shorter than anticipated. Please plan accordingly! 6. New Clients: • If this is your first appointment, it is recommended that you come in with bare nails (no polish or previous enhancements) so I can properly assess the health and condition of your natural nails. 7. Tier 4 Nail Art: • For Tier 4 nail art, please send inspiration photos at least 24-48 hours in advance so I can prepare and ensure I have everything needed to create your design. 8. Out-of-Hours Appointments: • I offer out-of-hour appointments for a $30 additional fee. To schedule an out-of-hours appointment, please contact me directly to discuss availability and confirm your booking!
